The next screen you will come to is a map of the United States. There is a search bar for you to either enter your address, city or postal code of the area you are locating an ART provider. Enter in your specific information and click the search button.

Now you have searched your local area there will be a list of ART providers that will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. The practice's name will be highlighted in yellow above the ART provider's name.
